DO ARABS CARE ABOUT THE PALESTINIANS?

For decades now we have been told that the Arabs outside of Palestine don't care about the Palestinians, and that this disregard is the primary reason for the poor living conditions in the West Bank and Gaza. It turns out they care a great deal. Pledges of more than $200 million were made during telethons in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Dubai, and Qatar over the past several days.

The party line is already in place on this subject: Something to the effect that the Arabs are raising money to buy bombs, hand-grenades, supplies to booby-trap houses and corpses, etc. "Humanitarian aid to Palestinians" apparently is a phrase that our all-knowing pundits can't seem to either type on their keyboards or allow to pass through their constantly moving lips.
