WHILE WE'RE AT IT...
Where's the outrage, Andrew?

We know that Andrew Sullivan closely monitors the output of National Review's John Derbyshire.

So, to borrow a phrase from Sullivan, "Where's the outrage?"

Where is Sullivan's outrage in response to Derbyshire's viciously racist essay, "Why Don't I Care About the Palestinians?", published at NationalReviewOnline.com on Thursday, May 9, a tract to which we responded -- harshly -- on the very same day.

We can only assume by the absence of outrage on Sullivan's part, indeed his complete silence about this article, written by a person he watches closely, amounts to at the very least tacit consent.
