POLITICAL NOTES
Together With Media Miscellany
October 15, 2004

The President's Health I
AmericaBlog joins The Rittenhouse Review in raising questions, albeit different questions, about the president's health. (With respect to the drool mentioned by a commenter at AmericaBlog, see also "Clout's Synopsis of the Final Prez Debate," by Gar Joseph, in the Philadelphia Daily News, October 14.)

The President's Health II
Meanwhile, I have to ask: Is the president developing a dowager's hump?

Naughty or Nice?
Lynne Cheney, playing the politics of convenience with her own daughter, says Sen. John F. Kerry is "not a good man." I agree with Elizabeth Edwards on this one: "I think that it indicates a certain degree of shame with respect to her daughter's sexual preferences. It makes me really sad that that's Lynne's response." (Also in today's papers: Paris Hilton "is not a nice person.")

Freeway Free Speech Day a Success
Be sure to see the photos from the first annual Freeway Free Speech Day, October 13, sponsored by Freeway Blogger.
