PROFESSOR PINKERTON WRITES A BOOK
Line Up for Your Purchases

Longtime Rittenhouse readers are certain to be familiar with the name of the delightfully opinionated and informed "Professor Pinkerton," a shy but, as it turns out, widely respected scholar, who has made intermittent, if not erratic, appearances at The Rittenhouse Review.

I'm pleased to report Professor Pinkerton, a professor of historic preservation at the prestigious Savannah College of Art & Design, a brilliant woman who today I'll say for the first time publicly happens to be my youngest sister, has beat me to the punch with the imprending release of The Historic Buildings of the Savannah College of Art & Design.

Needless to say, Rittenhouse is very proud indeed.

You may peruse and buy Professor Pinkerton's book here.

[Post-publication addendum (October 13): Professor Pinkerton tells me the publisher has renamed the book just ahead of publication. The new title is The Savannah College of Art and Design: Restoration of an Architectural Heritage].
