The Bush administration today named veteran Diplomat-to-the-Dictators John D. Negroponte the country's first national intelligence chief because, well, I guess because aged Bootlick-to-the-Butchers Henry A. Kissinger was traveling unavailable, or no longer able to gain a security clearance, what with the unsavory and anti-American types with whom he regularly crushes skulls breaks bread, or something like that.
